Below you will find the current registration possibilities for German gundog trials. The trials are organized by the JGHV Nordmünsterland E.v. Our members Albert Oplaat (also Verbandsrichter) and Yme Drost are "beizitser" at that club and can inform and help you. If desired, you can sign up as a member of that association via the application form. Membership of that association costs only € 15,- per year. You then get a discount (in most cases significantly more than the membership fee) on the registration fee for the German trials that that association organizes. Furthermore, that association organizes every year for its members a "family day" with a trial for the dogs. The day ends with a barbeque.

Starting on …….. October 2026, the 56th Schorlemer Herbstzuchtprüfung (HZP) for German Longhaired Pointers will be held in the areas around ……….. Longhaired Pointers that meet certain requirements will then have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in the field and in the water. Conformation will also be evaluated.
Registration, subject to conditions, is only possible through the chairman of the DLC, Yme Drost

How do I register for German hunting dog trials?
Only a fully and legibly completed entry for the German hunting dog trials will be considered. You will receive the required entry forms through the link listed under the various trials.
The following must be submitted:
a. The entry form (please legible!)
b. Copies of the pedigree of the registered dog
c. Valid German hunting license
d. Valid proof of liability insurance
e. Valid vaccination card (incl. rabies)
The originals of these documents must be resubmitted on the day of the trial.

Entry fee German hunting dog trials
The entry fee is due upon submission of the entry form. Please transfer the entry fee to the account number below, stating the trial and the name of the dog:

The entry will not be considered complete until the entry fee is received on time. Incomplete entries will not be considered. Proof of valid liability insurance must accompany the documents. Without this proof, participation in the trials is not possible!
The deadline for registration is 21 days before the relevant trial!
