The German Longhair Club (DLC) is admitted as a member of the Board of Directors.
The German Longhair Club derives its rights from the statutes, internal regulations and other regulations of the Raad van Beheer (BoE) and undertakes to comply with these statutes, regulations and legally adopted decisions of the BoE without reservation.
Disputes Committee and Disciplinary Board
The DLC unreservedly accepts the jurisdiction of the Disputes Committee for Kynology and the Disciplinary Tribunal for Kynology, as reflected in the bylaws and internal regulations of the Board of Directors.
Obligation of members of the DLC.
The members of the DLC shall be liable to the DLC for the same as the DLC shall be liable to the Board of Directors by reason of its membership under the Articles and Regulations of the Board of Directors and the resolutions lawfully passed by the bodies of the Board of Directors.
The DLC shall have the power to impose the obligations of the members to the Board of Directors, whereby all that the DLC is bound to the Board of Directors by virtue of the provisions of the Articles of Association and Regulations of the Board of Directors shall also be deemed to be obligations that the members of the DLC have directly to the Board of Directors, all subject to the provisions of Section 46, Book 2 of the Civil Code.
